ched the Inauguration yesterday and thought that the ceremony was very interesting after seeing all those people welcome our new African American President. I was just like wow I couldn't really believe what I was seeing. I think that this event will go down in history forever. Our ancestors were chained up and brought here as slaves and now one of our people is the most powerful man of this Free country. Like Obama said in his speech "less than sixty years ago his father probably wouldn't even be served at a local restaurant." A few years ago a lot of people wouldn' t have expected this to ever happen. I have one conern though I hope that Obama can keep all the promises that he made.
