Librarys could be closed

During this financial crisis Mayor Nutter is suggesting closing the city's libraries to meet budget cut needs. But at the same time, he is trying to open a casino that will destroy the Gallery when The Gallery brings in a lot of money and employs a lot of people in Philadelphia.
