The best rapper out of Lil'Wayne and Lupe I believe is Lupe Fiasco! Why I choose Lupe? Well, all his songs make sense and he don't just rap about any thing. He raps from his feelings and heart and not just random thoughts like Lil'Wayne do.
The best rapper between Lil Wayne and Lupe is Lupe. I think he better because when he rap he put his mind and ideas in the lyrics and they make sense. Lil Wayne lyrics are all over the place he dont know what to say and what not to say.
